Christine Berberich is president of the New England Region for Verizon Wireless, the largest wireless company in the United States. She is responsible for the company's sales and operations in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, which has more than 2,000 employees. A premier technology company, Verizon Wireless operates the nation's largest and most reliable 4G LTE network.
Prior to her current role, Berberich was vice president of Midwest Area Customer Service for Verizon Wireless, where she oversaw day-to-day operations for the area's customer service centers that support customers throughout the United States.
With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Berberich has held positions of increasing responsibility with Verizon Wireless and its legacy companies, including 14 years of Customer Service management and several years of experience leading employee training and development, customer loyalty campaigns and marketing programs.
Berberich earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing at St. Louis University, and is a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, Maine State Chamber of Commerce, Massachusetts Women's Forum, and Vermont Business Roundtable.
