Charlie Falco is vice president of South Area Customer Service for Verizon Wireless, the largest wireless company in the United States, with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's Customer Service Centers in the southern United States. A premier technology company, Verizon Wireless operates the nation's largest and most reliable 4G LTE network.
Prior to his current role, Falco was vice president of operations for Verizon Wireless, overseeing the company's national customer service operations.
He has more than 25 years of experience in customer service, including 16 years in telecommunications. He began his telecommunications career in 1994 in financial services for one of Verizon Wireless' predecessor companies and has continued to hold positions of increasing responsibility in the customer service area. Prior to joining the telecommunications industry, Falco spent 10 years in the banking industry.
