Before you activate your new phone, use Backup Assistant to save and transfer your contacts.
This step is optional and the service does not apply to all phone makes and models.
Backup Assistant automatically saves a copy of the names, phone numbers, and email addresses stored in your phone. You can also view, print, add, delete, and edit your contacts online.

If you are activating a replacement or upgraded phone, be sure your old phone is turned off before you begin.
You will also need your Order Number found on your customer receipt (in your phone shipment), and last 4 digits of account holder's social security number.
