Sales Representatives are available virtually 24/7 and Customer Service Representatives are available at 5:30AM -11:59PM(EST) seven days a week. During our hours of operation, we may not be able to offer a Chat Now button if all our representatives are chatting with other customers.
Why am I getting an invitation to chat?
