If you purchased wireless service from any of the following companies at any time from January 1, 1991 to and including November 2, 2003, then you are a member of the settlement class, except if you were a pre-pay customer, a federal state, or local government or government agency, or any foreign government or government agency, or any person or entity who had only an account with 1,000 or more lines in service per account.
IF YOU HAVE HAD SERVICE WITH ANY OF THESE COMPANIES BETWEEN JANUARY 1, 1991 TO AND INCLUDING NOVEMBER 2, 2003, THEN YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE SETTLEMENT CLASS AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO SEARCH FURTHER.
