The Z10 is powerful, productive, and snappy. It's the perfect size for one-handed use. Even without all of the gesture-based shortcuts that I find through continued use and the awesome Crackberry community, basic use is intuitive and quick to grasp. I find myself using the swipe and other gestures on my friends phones when I'm using them. Really enjoy the phone over all and the stability and integration of the BB10 OS is second to none. AND YOU CAN SOON INSTALL ANY ANDROID APP YOU WANT WITH A SOFTWARE UPDATE COMING SOON!

This is such a bad phone and not easy to use at all. My phone for work is an iPhone and this is my personal line -- the iPhone is so much better. Even the "basic phone" I had before signing up for this Blackberry was better. I am tempted to switch back to my old phone for another 2 years . Do not order this phone.

ive always liked blackberrys and this is no exception. it is everything i thought it would be and more. the competition out there is stiff, they actually let you download things for free.with the blackberry, just like the iphone you have to pay for everything you do.

When I switched from an Android device, I was skeptical at best.... Just the operating system saves me 30 minutes a day. If you are serious about productivity... This IS the best device on the market. Hands Down.

Decided to try the new BB after my previous favorite, the Galaxy Nexus. BB10 has proven to be a nice change of UI, the Hub and Flow make the Z10 the most fun and convenient phone I have owned (also nice to not have to always look for a charger, usually have 10-20% juice left after a full day). Looks like the Z30 will be next, totally enjoying the new BlackBerry and can't wait for the next update with the Google Play Store (if Verizon can get their update process fixed and send them out in a timely manner). The TimeShift camera never gets old...If you haven't picked it up and played with it, definitely give it a go.

I've had the Z10 for a few days now, I previously had the Droid Razr M. I do have to say the BlackBerry is far superior than the Droid in most things however you can only download apps from BlackBerry World which is a downfall considering most of the apps that was using on my Droid weren't on there (Snap Chat, Instagram, Spotify ect) and the battery only lasts me about 15 hours. If BlackBerry made Google Play or some more recognized app available then I would defiantly be givng them 5/5.

The phone has simply the virtual keyboard i've ever used! I use my phone primarily for communication which it greatly excels at! The phone phones interface is so great that Apples Iphone copied them with their latest iteration of iOS 7 by adding more gestures into their operating system if that tells you something. The app selection gets better with time. Evernote, Soundcloud, Hype machine, all major news, and Mass effect just to name a few. Browser is best in class with speed and even has desktop mode for a true mobile computing solution. The phone is made solid ive dropped it many times on concrete and its survived every time, not like my flimsy Iphone and better build than those shoddy samsung phones. I can't recommend this product enough. To those on the fence atleast give it a try because Verizon does have a great return policy but im almost certain you won't go back, but granted it does have a learning curve and with everything new you have to give yourself time to learn the new interface but im sure you wont be disappointed.

I have had a BlackBerry Tour in the past, and upgraded to the Iphone 5 for a short period of time to only find out that it was one of the worce phones I have ever owned so i desided to go back to Blackberry once again. Im sure glad I did because this is the by far best phone i have ever had! it has so many great features and i am still discovering new options by the day. It even has docs to go which is a software that makes you able to type of documents right from your phone! It works great too! I used it to type up essays for school and it can even hook up to a printer! Over the best phone out there, you wont regret this one.

The blackberry z10 is a great phone. I currently use one as a back up to my droid maxx and like it a lot. The UI system is good. It runs very smooth and the browser is extremely fast. The blackberry hub is great and puts all of your email, texts and messages all in one place for easy access. I wanted another blackberry for a while and glad I finally got one. It fits great in the hand and the screen is full of good color. The keyboard might be the best out there. It learns the way you text and gives you an option to swipe to word into the message.
