Activate Your Phone


 

Here's what you'll need to activate your phone:

  • Your mobile number
  • Billing Zip Code
  • Customer receipt (included with your phone shipment), which contains Order Number and Location Code*
  • Last 4 digits of account holder's social security number

To start the process, enter your 10-digit mobile number and your Billing Zip Code
