General Information
  1. What training options are available?
    You have the option of attending a live online training class or watching a recorded session to learn how to use My Business Account. The live online classes are available on specific days at specific times; the recorded sessions are available virtually anytime. Class User Guides are also available for use during classes or as standalone reference guides.

  3. What information do the online training classes cover?
    There are three online training classes that cover key information about My Business Account: Getting Started, Advanced Reporting, and Online Purchasing. Visit the Training Overview Page for more details about each class.

  4. How are the live online training classes delivered?
    The live online training classes are delivered via a webinar with a conference bridge. The webinar functionality is provided through Adobe Connect and it requires the Flash Player.

  5. How long are the live online classes?
    The classes range from 90 minutes to 120 minutes. Visit the Training Overview Page for more information about class times.

  6. Can I download the recorded sessions?
    The recorded sessions are not available for download, but you can access them on the website whenever you need them.

  7. What are "Class User Guides"?
    The Class User Guides are designed to be your reference guide during both the live online classes and the recorded sessions and they cover the information from the class. Some guides contain additional detail beyond what's discussed during the class. There is a place for you to take notes within the guides. Please note some of the guides are quite long (90 pages or more) so you might want to download them to your computer instead of printing.

    There are no limits: you can take the classes as many times as you'd like.

    You will need to have a high-speed connection with Flash Player installed.

  13. Should I take notes during the class?
    It's up to you – we provide Class User Guides so that you don't have to take detailed notes and are instead able to watch the webinar. However, some customers find it useful to take notes because not everything the facilitator says will be in the Guides. The Guides do have a designated spot where you can take notes.
