Most of us could not imagine life without our wireless phones; they are integrated into our daily lives and put convenience and accessibility at our fingertips. Now, Verizon Wireless is introducing a fun new way customers can get even more from their wireless service provider.
Verizon Smart Rewards is a unique program that offers a wide variety of rewards in exchange for points customers earn for their everyday activities and interactions with Verizon Wireless.
It will be available beginning July 24 for all customers on postpaid accounts, and customers who sign up for Smart Rewards will find at least 10,000 points waiting for them when they register. Activities, including signing in to the My Verizon online account management tool, paying your monthly bill, and other transactions like using the Verizon Trade In program or choosing paperless billing, will generate more points every month.
The program delivers more value to customers in the form of discounts and savings of up to 40 percent on brand-name merchandise from more than 200 well-known brands, offers on local shopping and dining redeemable directly from a customer’s wireless device, and travel including discounts at more than 26,000 hotels.
All merchandise includes a lowest-price guarantee and shipping is free. Discounts on Verizon-specific products along with gift cards for Verizon merchandise and opportunities to win NFL game tickets will also be available as part of the Smart Rewards program. And points can be used for even greater discounts through daily deals, as well as auctions and sweepstakes, with new offers posted to the Smart Rewards catalogue every day.
How do customers sign-up?
Customers can visit the My Verizon home page to register, see how many points they already have waiting for them and learn how to earn even more. Earning more points is easy – and they add up fast.
Customers may be required to enroll in Verizon Selects, part of Precision Market Insights from Verizon, as part of the Smart Rewards registration process and will receive 2,500 bonus points for being part of Verizon Selects and 500 Rewards points per participating line each month.
