Q: Who is eligible for HD Video and Voice Calling?
A: Any Verizon customer with a compatible phone and a postpaid calling plan is eligible. Please note that the following features are currently incompatible with HD Voice: Caller Name ID, Ringback Tones, and Slacker Radio Tones. Additional incompatible features apply for Business and Government customers. Business customers may need to contact their company's Verizon Wireless account administrator to add Advanced Calling to their line at no addition cost.
Q: Who is eligible for the Video Calling feature that is part of HD Voice?
A: Customers who add HD Voice and have a Video Calling-capable phone are eligible for Video Calling. Currently, this feature is not supported on iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and Nexus 6.
