Los Angeles, CA and Basking Ridge, NJ — Revver, Inc., (www.revver.com) the first marketplace for viral videos, today announced it will provide its user-generated and copyright-friendly video content directly to the mobile phones of Verizon Wireless V CAST subscribers. As part of the agreement, beginning in early December, Revver videos will be available to Verizon Wireless' customers with V CAST-enabled handsets, including the Chocolate (LG VX8500) and MOTOKRZR K1m.

The agreement marks a key milestone in Revver's ongoing expansion and leadership in the viral video arena. Revver users can now generate revenue from their creative endeavors via broadband, broadcast and mobile distribution — an industry first.

Revenue sharing, the cornerstone of Revver's business model, has been in place since 2005 when Revver became the first online video service to compensate users for sharing content online by splitting net revenue 50/50. This commitment to monetizing creative expression drove Revver's recent partnership with U.K.-based user-generated video channel, Fame TV, which facilitates the distribution of its videos via broadcast television. As part of this new relationship with Verizon Wireless, Revver now will share net revenue 50/50 with users who have opted to allow their content to be shared via V CAST.

"With Verizon Wireless, our users have another compelling platform to share their work with millions of people and to get paid for it," said Steven Starr, founder and chief executive officer of Revver. "Revver and V CAST share the same audience, a new generation of consumers that discover and share content using new technology."

V CAST subscribers will have access to some of the most popular content from a variety of Revver's video creators chosen from categories on Revver.com, such as Editor's Picks, Viral Video Classics, Extreme Sports, Laughs, Animation, and Cute Overdose. Revver will provide new video clips each week to V CAST, and content will be refreshed twice a week. V CAST users who subscribe to this content can also preview clips of what they will see on-the-go in the "V CAST Collection" section on Revver.com. In addition, clips will be optimized for mobile to give V CAST viewers the best possible viewing experience. As part of the agreement, Verizon Wireless will have a period of exclusivity as the U.S. mobile distribution partner for Revver.

"Offering our subscribers access to cutting edge video content is a high priority for us, so making hot user-generated content available is the next logical step for V CAST," said John Harrobin, vice president of marketing for Verizon Wireless. "We've chosen to work with Revver because of its well-known respect for copyright and for the selection of high-quality video content it attracts."

To get V CAST, Verizon Wireless customers can purchase a V CAST VPak subscription for $15.00 monthly access, or $3.00 daily access, added to their Verizon Wireless calling plan. The subscription includes unlimited basic video, but application download fees apply for 3D games and premium video. There are no airtime charges to stream or watch V CAST content.

About Revver
Revver is the first online service that allows digital video creators to share and monetize their content across multiple distribution channels: broadband, mobile and broadcast. When submitting videos to Revver.com, users can automatically share them online and also opt into mobile and broadcast distribution. On the Internet, Revver matches each video with relevant advertising, encourages video sharing and then uses its proprietary technology to track videos as they are viewed. Regardless of the distribution channel, Revver always rewards users with a percentage of the revenue generated, creating a virtual marketplace for digital video. Revver also vigorously upholds creators' rights by individually screening each video submitted and not accepting copyright-infringing content. For more information, visit www.revver.com.
