GREAT FALLS, MT — Verizon Wireless, the leading wireless company with the most reliable voice and data network, today opens its second "evolution" communications store in the state. The store is the next evolution in the wireless retail experience, offering consumers hands-on interaction with wireless voice, data, music and video services in a sleek, new full-service environment. The new store is located at 2319 10th Avenue South in Great Falls, just a few blocks from its previous location. The company's first evolution store in Montana opened earlier this year in Billings.

About the store

  • Interactive "demo zone" guided by knowledgeable staff
  • Integrated systems and operational enhancements designed to streamline the sales process and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Check-in kiosk enables customers to sign in on arrival and stay informed via monitors that track their place in the queue for service
  • Roomy and easy to locate technical assistance and customer support areas with interactive displays

"Our new 2,800 square-foot store in Great Falls provides plenty of space for both shopping and customer service, in keeping with our commitment to deliver innovative voice and data plans, exciting new devices and services and the best possible wireless experience," said Melanie Braidich, regional president of Verizon Wireless.

Verizon Wireless, the wireless company with the most customers of any wireless brand, led the industry forward earlier this year with the introduction of new nationwide plans with Unlimited Anytime Minutes. The plans give customers all their calls — anytime to anyone in the U.S., including landline phones — at a flat rate for $99.99 monthly access. In addition, BroadbandAccess plans offer customers two choices for Internet browsing, e-mail access and downloading files. The new BroadbandAccess plans offer customers monthly data plan options of 50 Megabytes (MB) or 5 Gigabytes (GB) (5,120 MB).
