Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear Available for Pre-Order Starting Today

UPDATE - Wednesday, October 9: The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Galaxy Gear will both be available online and in stores starting tomorrow, Oct. 10.

The Samsung Galaxy Note® 3 and the Galaxy Gear™ are available for pre-order from Verizon Wireless starting today. The Galaxy Note 3 will be available in Jet Black and Classic White color models for $299.99 with new two-year customer agreement. The Galaxy Gear is available as a bundle with the Galaxy Note 3 for $599.98 with a new two-year customer agreement and will be available in Jet Black, Wild Orange and Mocha Gray color models.

The Galaxy Gear extends the Galaxy Note 3 experience to your wrist and enhances everyday moments with real time updates for quick and convenient access. It keeps you connected with discreet notifications, hands-free calling, music control, S Voice™ access and an array of exceptional features, including:

  • Smart Relay: Quick Glance Notifications alert you of incoming calls, messages, and more on the Galaxy Gear. When you pick up the Note 3, it will intuitively open the appropriate application so you don’t waste any time.
  • Smart Lock: You can automatically unlock or lock Galaxy Note 3 with Galaxy Gear. As soon as you walk outside of a 5-foot radius of your Note 3, Galaxy Gear will automatically lock the smartphone.
  • Find My Device: Galaxy Gear can be used to locate Galaxy Note 3 by remotely triggering the alarm when within Bluetooth range. The Note 3 can be used to locate Galaxy Gear in the same way.
