Philadelphia, PA — The nation's largest wireless communications provider, Verizon Wireless, formerly Bell Atlantic Mobile, recently named Jeff Suskind regional executive director of sales for Verizon Wireless' Philadelphia Tri-state region. Suskind brings more than ten years of wireless industry experience to this position, overseeing one of the most competitive wireless markets in the United States.

As executive director of sales, Suskind will oversee business-to-business, corporate, national and major account sales throughout Philadelphia and its suburbs, the Lehigh Valley, the state of Delaware and southern New Jersey.

Prior to this position, Suskind held a variety of positions with GTE Wireless, which is now a part of Verizon Wireless. Most recently, he was area general manager for GTE Wireless' Inland Northwest market, based in Spokane, Washington. In this role he was responsible for all sales, distribution and marketing activities for the Inland Northwest area, including Spokane and Northern Idaho. He also held the position of manager, distribution and sales support, for GTE Wireless, and was responsible for process management of sales activities throughout all distribution channels.

He earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Rowan University.
