PITTSBURGH, PA — When *NSYNC takes the stage at Heinz Field this Saturday, thousands of fans will be living a dream, among them a group of children from Holy Family Institute, who have been invited to attend this weekend's *NSYNC 2001 POPODYSSEY concert as guests of Verizon Wireless, a sponsor of the tour.

"Some of the children at Holy Family Institute have not had the opportunity to experience many of the normal joys of childhood," said Kevin Jenkins, executive director of Holy Family Social Services of Western Pennsylvania. "At Holy Family, we try to allow our children 'to be children' and experience a wide variety of activities and participate in new positive experiences. We are truly grateful that Verizon Wireless is providing our children an evening of fun. We would have never been able to send children to an event like this. The children are truly thrilled and will never forget this experience."

Among its many programs, Holy Family Institute provides residential care for abused and neglected children.

Roger Tang, Verizon Wireless president, Ohio/Pennsylvania Region, said the company was pleased to share the excitement of the evening with a very special group of children.

"By giving these children a chance to spend a night enjoying a live*NSYNC concert, we hope to help them build some wonderful memories," Tang said. "One night won't change their lives, but hopefully each time they hear one of the band's songs, they'll remember the night they saw the group and smile at the memory."
