Local Resident Wins President's Cabinet Award At Verizon Wireless

ORANGEBURG, NY — Essex County resident Alfred Burbank, Woodbridge Center sales manager for Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless carrier, recently was named one of the company's top sales achievers for 2001. He was one of only eight Verizon Wireless employees to receive the President's Cabinet Award, the highest sales honor attainable, for the company's New York metro area. Award winners received a trip to St. Moritz, Switzerland.

Burbank earned the award based on his sales leadership and exceptional customer service.
