Verizon Wireless Opens New Store in the Westfield, Maryland Shoppingtown Montgomery Mall

LAUREL, MD — In response to growing demand for the company's voice and data products and services Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless provider, has opened a new store in the Westfield Shoppingtown Montgomery Mall in Bethesda.

The company also operates retail stores at 4918 Elm St. in Bethesda and throughout Montgomery County. "Demand for our wireless services continues to grow, as more people take advantage of digital calling plans like America's Choice and our popular Mobile Web services," said Vonda Acosta, Verizon Wireless store manager.

Westfield Shoppingtown Montgomery, also known as the Montgomery Mall, is located at 7101 Democracy Blvd. in Bethesda. The new store's business hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 9:30 pm, and Sunday 11 to 6. The store will hold its official grand opening on Father's Day weekend, June 15 and 16.

Verizon Wireless retail stores offer a premier line of digital wireless phones, data products and hands-free calling accessories. Customers can check out the latest wireless Internet and two-way text messaging services, including MobileWebSM, Mobile Messenger and Express Network. The stores also offer a variety of phones in all price ranges.
