Verizon Wireless Names Assistant Manager For Springfield, PA Communications Store

SPRINGFIELD, PA — Verizon Wireless has named Mike McGee assistant store manager for the company's retail location in Springfield, PA. In his new position, McGee will be responsible for customer service, new sales, employee training, billing and inventory.

"Mike's track record in providing outstanding customer service and knowledge about Verizon Wireless products and services will be invaluable in his role as assistant manager of the Springfield store," said Ria Tielman, district manager.

Mike has spent his entire career in the field of retail sales. A Verizon Wireless employee for six years, he most recently served as a senior sales representative at the company's Wilmington, Del., Communications Store, where he began as a sales representative. Before joining Verizon Wireless, McGee was a sales representative with American Appliance and Silo.

McGee has received several recognitions for outstanding sales performance during his career with Verizon Wireless, including the company's prestigious President's Cabinet Award and multiple selections to the regional president's Breakfast Club as one of the top sales achievers in the Philadelphia Tri-State Region.
