ROCHESTER, NY and BEDMINSTER, NJ — Eastman Kodak Company and Verizon Wireless, the nation's largest wireless service provider, today announced that KODAK Mobile Service will be available to Verizon Wireless' Get It Now® customers. With KODAK Mobile Service - offered through Kodak's Ofoto subsidiary - Verizon Wireless customers will be able to view, share, organize, and store their digital photos in one trusted place.

"Kodak has a history of making photography easy and convenient for the world's consumers," said Lisa Gansky, general manager, Digital Imaging Services, Eastman Kodak Company. "Teaming up with Verizon Wireless not only expands Kodak's ability to reach customers of the largest wireless service provider in the U.S., but it also widens our leadership position in mobile imaging and, in the future, will broaden opportunities for our retail partners. Based on the rising popularity of mobile imaging, the growth of camera-phone use, and Verizon Wireless' leadership, we are energized about this strategic alliance."

Verizon Wireless and Kodak plan to launch a series of marketing programs and new service offerings in the coming weeks. Verizon Wireless customers who have a Get It Now-capable camera phone will be able to download the KODAK Mobile Service application to their phone. Get It Now from Verizon Wireless is a virtual store with hundreds of applications available for download over the air - without hooking up to a PC or visiting a Verizon Wireless Communications Store.

"Camera phones are increasing in popularity, and we're linking Kodak's premier mobile imaging service with our popular Get It Now service to help our customers enjoy and maximize the use of their camera phones."
