BEDMINSTER, NJ — Verizon Wireless customers can now vote for who they think will be Donald Trump's apprentice using their two-way TXT messaging capable phones in Verizon Wireless' exclusive "15 Minutes with Trump Text to Win Sweepstakes." The winner of the Verizon Wireless sweepstakes will receive a paid trip to New York City and a 15-minute meeting with businessman extraordinaire Donald Trump. Each vote counts as an entry in the sweepstakes. Wireless votes will not impact results of "The Apprentice." The live 2-hour season finale of "The Apprentice" airs at 9 p.m. EDT on Thursday, April 15 on NBC.

Verizon Wireless worked with NBC to develop the "15 Minutes with Trump Text to Win Sweepstakes." To enter, Verizon Wireless customers simply type the TXT message "VOTE" to "7899" and hit SEND — a ballot with the choices of "The Apprentice" finalists Kwame Jackson and Bill Rancic will then be sent to Verizon Wireless customers' phones so they can vote for the winner of "The Apprentice." Standard TXT messaging rates will apply to those participating in the sweepstakes; Verizon Wireless customers will be charged $0.02 for each message received and $0.10 for each message sent, or charged according to their TXT Messaging rate plans. Consumers can also enter the sweepstakes if they are not Verizon Wireless subscribers by sending a 3x5 postcard with their name, address, daytime area code and phone number to: Verizon Wireless — The Verizon Wireless 15 minutes with Trump Text to Win Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 6279, Burbank, CA 91510. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 16, 2004.

Each vote counts as an entry to the sweepstakes that gives participants a chance to meet with the world-famous business tycoon. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win and entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
