EDGEWATER, NJ — In response to the growing demand for the company's products and services, Verizon Wireless has opened its newest Communications Store in Edgewater.
Located on The Promenade in City Place, next to the multiplex cinema, the new store is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The company continues to expand its retail presence to meet the growing demand for its wireless products and services, and to make wireless shopping more convenient for customers. Verizon Wireless now serves 40 million customers nationwide.

Every year since its launch, Verizon Wireless has invested more than any other US wireless provider more than $4 billion annually to maintain and expand its high quality network nationwide. In the New York Metro area, Verizon Wireless has invested nearly $1 billion in its wireless network during the past three years to double capacity to handle calls and to make available wireless data services such as Picture Messaging, TXT messaging, high speed Internet connections through NationalAccess and Get It Now® service which offers downloadable ringtones and games.
The Edgewater Communications Store is one of 70 retail locations Verizon Wireless owns and operates in the New York Metro area.
