Verizon Wireless Deploys Leapstone's contentMANAGER Platform to Enhance Data Customer Service and Satisfaction

BEDMINSTER and SOMERSET, NJ — Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless provider, today announced it has deployed Leapstone Systems' Communications Convergence Engine^TM (CCE) contentMANAGER platform, enabling Verizon Wireless to quickly and efficiently deploy high-speed data services and content from numerous partners to meet changing needs of customer segments. The platform also provides Verizon Wireless customer service representatives with easy access to information about data applications and the ability to more quickly answer customer inquiries.

The solution will enable Verizon Wireless to further strengthen its position in the market for downloadable data services -- including its just released Mobile Web 2.0^SM and other premium content services -- and enhances its ability to provide customer service for a growing number of data products.
