BEDMINSTER, NJ and SAN MATEO, CA — Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless service provider, and Digital Chocolate, Inc., a developer of innovative software for mobile phones, today announced the first two mobile games from Digital Chocolate, Baseball Heroes of the MLBPAA by DChoc SportsTM and DChoc Bubble DuckyTM, are now available to Verizon Wireless' Get It Now customers.

Baseball Heroes of the MLBPAA by DChoc SportsTM lets players take on the greatest baseball players, and features realistic graphics and player stats — as well as four modes of play — so users can go head-to-head with Major League Baseball stars from the 1970s and 80s. Just imagine trying to hit a spitball off of Gaylord Perry of the San Francisco Giants, or blowing a split-finger fastball by David Winfield of the New York Yankees in quick one-inning games or across nine-inning, 144 game seasons.

The other game making its debut on Get It Now is DChoc Bubble DuckyTM. This amusing puzzle game incorporates the traditional bath-time buddy in an interactive puzzle that challenges players to pop bubbles in order to clear the screen. With DChoc Bubble Ducky, Verizon Wireless customers can draw from the bathtub fun they had as kids to pop all the bubbles and advance to the next level of play.

"Verizon Wireless' Get It Now service is an ideal launch pad for the first two titles from Digital Chocolate, offering our broad customer base easy access to the games and a superior environment in which to play them," said Trip Hawkins, Digital Chocolate's CEO and founder.

"Our customers get to be the first to experience Baseball Heroes of the MLBPAA and DChoc Bubble Ducky," said Paul Palmieri, executive director of business development for Verizon Wireless. "They demand the newest, coolest, most exciting wireless applications, and working with Digital Chocolate helps us give them what they want."

The Get It Now-enabled LG VX6000 is a deliciously designed phone perfect for playing either Baseball Heroes of the MLBPAA by DChoc Sports or DChoc Bubble Ducky with its vibrant full color screen. The sleek design and built-in camera help Verizon Wireless customers get the most out of their wireless experience when not playing games. Through October 11, 2004, the LG VX6000 is available for $99.99 after a $70 rebate with a two-year customer agreement.

Verizon Wireless customers can find Baseball Heroes of the MLBPAA and DChoc Bubble Ducky in the getGAMES shopping aisle in the Get It Now virtual store. Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones can download a free five-minute demo of Baseball Heroes of the MLBPAA or purchase the game for $2.49 for monthly access or $5.75 for unlimited use.
