BEDMINSTER, NJ — Verizon Wireless, the owner and operator of the nation's most reliable wireless network, is now offering "Mi Cuenta", a Spanish version of its popular online account management tool, My Account. Like My Account, Mi Cuenta provides Verizon Wireless customers access — in Spanish — to account information and payment tools.

Customers can register for My Account by visiting www.verizonwireless.com/myaccount (for English) or www.verizonwireless.com/micuenta  (for Spanish). Customers who want to view the Verizon Wireless Web site in Spanish, including the new "Mi Cuenta", can click on the "Español" link on the top of the Verizon Wireless homepage or log on directly at www.verizonwireless.com/espanol  — and then click on the "Mi Cuenta" option to view My Account in Spanish.

"Mi Cuenta" provides a simple and easy-to-navigate source for frequently accessed online customer service and account information. Features include:

  • Accounts: Customers can view and pay their bills electronically, review payment activity and check their account balance and minutes used.
  • Bills: Customers who want to eliminate paper bills can register to pay their bills online or choose to have wireless bills paid automatically with Auto Bill Pay, which automatically debits the customer's account of choice including checking, credit or debit card.
  • Account Activity: Customers can view up-to-the-minute information about peak and off-peak minutes used since the last statement. My Account users can also stay on top of minutes remaining under their calling plan and current statement charges.
  • Account Maintenance: Customers can manage their accounts, including adding and deleting features, updating their user profile and resetting voicemail password.

In addition to Mi Cuenta, Verizon Wireless offers numerous products and services specifically for Spanish-speaking customers. Get It Now®, Verizon Wireless' virtual store, offers Spanish-language applications and Latin ring tones. And in many parts of the country, Spanish directory assistance (411) and Spanish language voicemail are also available. Spanish-speaking customer service representatives can be reached by dialing 1-800-2-JOIN-IN. And, customers have the option of receiving their monthly bill in Spanish, a service they can sign up for on Mi Cuenta or by visiting any Verizon Wireless Communications store or calling customer service.

For more information about Mi Cuenta, Verizon Wireless' Spanish-language Web site or other services for Spanish-speaking customers, call a customer service representative at 1-800-2-JOIN-IN or visit, www.verizonwireless.com/espanol.
