BEDMINSTER, NJ and CARLSBAD, CA — Everything from locating the perfect golf course anywhere in the United States to keeping score during a round is now possible with select Verizon Wireless Get It Now-enabled phones. Callaway Golf and Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless provider, today announced the availability of Callaway Golf Mobile CaddieTM, which allows Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now®- enabled phones to peruse and choose courses based on certain criteria, keep score of a round, get professional tour information and browse the latest Callaway Golf equipment. The Get It Now application was developed and published for Global Wireless Entertainment (GWE), a global leader in the acquisition and distribution of exclusive mobile applications, by eMbience Inc., a leading U.S.-based developer and publisher of wireless software.

"Customers can search for a course based on name and location - they can even get directions, phone numbers and weather updates - before booking their tee time. Callaway Golf Mobile Caddie also features a complete "Manage My Game" function, which enables customers to enter their score from a round of golf, look up handicaps and view game history. Additional statistics for putting, fairways hit and greens in regulation are accessible through the options menu.

Through March 6, 2005, the LG VX6100 is available for $79.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a two-year customer agreement. Callaway Golf Mobile Caddie is currently also available on the Audiovox CDM-8900 and CDM-8910, Kyocera KX2, LG VX6000, VX7000 and VX8000, Samsung SCH-a670 and SCH-a890, Motorola V265 and other select Get It Now-enabled phones from Verizon Wireless.

Customers can find Callaway Golf Mobile Caddie in the getGOING shopping aisle of the Get It Now virtual store. Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones purchase Callaway Golf Mobile Caddie for $3.99 monthly access. Download charges for Get It Now applications vary and airtime charges apply when browsing, downloading and using certain applications. Customers need a Get It Now-enabled handset and Verizon Wireless digital service to access the Get It Now virtual store.
