ORANGEBURG, NY — Brooklyn resident Wendy McClean, a retail customer service representative for Verizon Wireless, has received the company's President's Award for Excellence, which recognizes employees for exceptional teamwork, leadership and outstanding customer service.
McClean earned the award for her commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience by focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty, finding solutions that satisfy customers' wireless needs and training other store representatives in customer care skills.
She was one of six Verizon Wireless employees to receive the President's Award for Excellence.
