MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Verizon Wireless has named Debra Palme of Plymouth to the company's prestigious President's Cabinet for the first time.
Palme, a major accounts manager for Minnesota, was given the President's Cabinet designation for ranking in the top two percent nationally in sales during 2004, placing her as one of the company's top performers among its more than 15,000 sales executives.
A four-year veteran of Verizon Wireless, Palme earned the honor by demonstrating exceptional sales leadership in providing Minnesota customers with outstanding service on company products and plans, such as the NationalAccess high-speed wireless data network, and TXT and Picture Messaging services.
"At Verizon Wireless, we encourage our employees to focus on their potential rather than on what is expected of them," said Nancy Clark, presidentGreat Plains Region, Verizon Wireless. "Debra exemplifies what it means to reach for that potential and she is highly valued by us and her customers."
