BUTLER, PA — Verizon Wireless has named Thomas Blattner, of Beaver, to the company's prestigious President's Cabinet.
Blattner, a retail store manager based in Butler, was given the President's Cabinet designation for ranking in the top 1.5 percent nationally in sales during 2004, placing him as one of the company's top performers among its more than 15,000 sales executives.
A 9-year veteran of Verizon Wireless, Blattner earned the honor by demonstrating exceptional sales leadership in providing Pennsylvania customers with outstanding service on company products and plans, such as the NationalAccess high-speed wireless data network, and TXT and Picture Messaging services.
"Verizon Wireless has built a reputation as the leader in consumer satisfaction," said Roger Tang, president-Ohio/Pennsylvania Region, Verizon Wireless. "Tom has demonstrated the company's commitment to its customers by performing beyond expectations, providing his customers with the best wireless experience possible. I'm pleased to recognize his hard work and dedication."
