NEWPORT BEACH, CA and BEDMINSTER, NJ — ECONZ Wireless, a mobile business software provider, and Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless service provider, today announced the availability of EService, a Get It Now® application that helps customers manage mobile workforces, including job dispatch, workflow tracking, and real-time inventory control.

EService gives Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones access to a field service application that has the benefits of more expensive PDA-based enterprise applications at a fraction of the cost. Verizon Wireless Get It Now customers do not need significant technical knowledge or any additional office hardware -- just an internet connected PCs and select Verizon Wireless Get It Now-enabled phones.

EService is specifically designed to manage field service work. EService automates and streamlines job documentation, making field operations virtually paperless to reduce administrative costs, data entry times and potential paperwork errors. Other features include parts and labor tracking which improves cash flow due to timelier job invoicing. Because it operates in real time, EService provides management with up-to-the-minute information to make well-informed decisions.

Pricing and Availability

EService is available now from Verizon Wireless on select Get It Now-enabled phones, including the LG VX4500 and LG VX6000. Customers download the application from the getGOING shopping aisle of the Get It Now virtual store on select phones and access it via the Internet where a setup wizard walks the customer through the installation process. Online tutorials and product overviews are also available online.

EService is available for $19.99 per user monthly access, which is billed to the customer's Verizon Wireless monthly statement. Download charges for Get It Now applications vary and airtime charges apply when browsing, downloading and using certain applications. Customers need a Get It Now-enabled handset and Verizon Wireless digital service to access the Get It Now virtual store.

Verizon Wireless products and services are available at more than 1,900 Verizon Wireless stores nationwide, including Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and stores within Circuit City, as well as at authorized retailers including Best Buy and participating RadioShack locations.
