NEWPORT BEACH, CA and BEDMINSTER, NJ — ECONZ Wireless, a mobile business software provider, and Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless service provider, today announced the availability of EService, a Get It Now® application that helps customers manage mobile workforces, including job dispatch, workflow tracking, and real-time inventory control.

EService gives Verizon Wireless customers with select Get It Now-enabled phones access to a field service application that has the benefits of more expensive PDA-based enterprise applications at a fraction of the cost. Verizon Wireless Get It Now customers do not need significant technical knowledge or any additional office hardware -- just an internet connected PCs and select Verizon Wireless Get It Now-enabled phones.

Steve Davis, chief marketing officer for ECONZ Wireless states, "The launch of EService on Verizon Wireless' network via its Get It Now service provides customers with an industry-proven dispatch and work force management application that is low cost, easy to set up and simple for field workers to understand and use. EService differs from other dispatch and tracking offerings in the way it concentrates on tracking work progress instead of just tracking people. After all, it's the work that generates the money!"

EService is specifically designed to manage field service work. EService automates and streamlines job documentation, making field operations virtually paperless to reduce administrative costs, data entry times and potential paperwork errors. Other features include parts and labor tracking which improves cash flow due to timelier job invoicing. Because it operates in real time, EService provides management with up-to-the-minute information to make well-informed decisions.

"We are pleased with the capabilities of EService," said Jim Straight, vice president of multimedia services for Verizon Wireless. "EService gives our small-to-medium business (SMB) customers a useful and cost-effective platform for conducting field service work."

EService is used in the following industries: plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC); electrical maintenance; office equipment servicing; telecommunications installation and service; locksmith services; mobile glass repair; building maintenance; vending machine service; and more.
