American Customer Satisfaction Index Reports Verizon Wireless Is Once Again The Wireless Leader In Customer Satisfaction

For Second Consecutive Year, Verizon Wireless Leads All Major Wireless Carriers in Nationwide Survey

BEDMINSTER, NJ — For the second consecutive year, Verizon Wireless, owner and operator of the nation's most reliable wireless network, ranks highest among U.S. wireless service providers for customer satisfaction, based on the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) released today.

"We're pleased with the latest ACSI findings. They are consistent with other independent surveys, as well as our own research, which show Verizon Wireless as the industry leader in customer satisfaction," said Lowell McAdam, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Verizon Wireless. "We are committed to providing our customers the highest level of satisfaction and continuing to set the standard for the entire wireless industry."

Verizon Wireless also ranked highest in customer satisfaction in last year's American Customer Satisfaction Index, the first year ACSI measured customer satisfaction in the wireless industry. The ACSI is produced by the Stephen M. Ross Business School at the University of Michigan, in partnership with the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the international consulting firm, CFI Group.
