'My Business Account' Provides Verizon Wireless Business Customers with New Tool to Manage Multi-Line Accounts

BEDMINSTER, NJ — Verizon Wireless, owner and operator of the nation's most reliable wireless network, today announced that business customers now have a new way to manage their Verizon Wireless accounts by using My Business Account, a single source for online customer service and business account information.

My Business Account gives Verizon Wireless business customers instant access — with the convenience of a single password -- to useful details about their multi-line accounts, and allows them to review, print and pay bills, maintain accounts in a customized business format and utilize advanced reporting and analytics functions. Using My Business Account, customers can:

  • Access Online Statements
    • View multiple bills from a single interface
    • Gain quick access to current statements
    • Download and view previous statements
  • Analyze Costs
    • Organize costs based on a company organizational structure
    • Check voice and data usage since the last statement
    • View and download reports to scrutinize and manage costs
  • Make Payments
    • View real-time balance
    • Store checking account and credit card information
    • Set up automatic payments
    • Make one-time payments
    • View payment history

Verizon Wireless business customers can also enroll in paperless billing through My Business Account and elect to view their bills online. Customers who choose this option receive an e-mail notice that their bill is available for viewing online.
