Customers can find information about new phones and calling plans, and can manage their accounts quickly and easily from the Verizon Wireless Web site. Customers can also register for 'My Account' - www.verizonwireless.com/myaccount - a secure online account management tool that provides a single source for online customer service and account information. From My Account, customers can read a listing of features and capabilities for all active phones on the account, access interactive demos, which provide step-by-step illustrations about how to read bills, program voice mail, understand coverage and roaming, and find answers to frequently asked questions about managing their wireless accounts, helping ensure they maximize their Verizon Wireless experience from the start.

In addition, customers can use My Account to view and pay their bills, change address information, and review payment activity online. They can also view up-to-the-minute information about peak and off-peak minutes used since the last statement, minutes remaining under their calling plan, and current statement charges.
