BEDMINSTER, NJ — Verizon Wireless, owner and operator of the nation's most reliable wireless network, announced today that it has begun offering Weight Watchers Corporate Solutions, a flexible, comprehensive group of weight-loss offerings from Weight Watchers, to all 52,000 employees. The Weight Watchers offerings are now available to interested employees at all company locations across the country, including Verizon Wireless corporate offices, Communications Stores and call centers.*

Through Weight Watchers Corporate Solutions, Verizon Wireless will provide employees with access to one or more offerings, namely At Work meetings, Local Meeting vouchers, Online subscriptions to WeightWatchers.com, and the At Home Kit - Corporate Edition, giving employees access to Weight Watchers at work, online, at home or at local meetings. Weight Watchers Corporate Solutions is a weight-loss portfolio featuring a flexible and comprehensive group of four weight-loss offerings.

The Weight Watchers offerings will be part of Verizon Wireless' work/life programs, which provide resources to employees to help them improve their health and well-being. Verizon Wireless currently operates 22 on-site Health and Wellness centers and employs a full-time staff dedicated to the health and wellness of employees. For $15 a month, employees have access to top of the line fitness equipment, health programs and seminars, smoking cessation classes, health fairs and screenings, flu shots and much more. Additionally, employees receive three "Quality at Work" messages per week, with motivational messages, and health and wellness information.
