DALLAS, TX — Verizon Wireless has named Jacob Alexander of Grapevine to the company's prestigious President's Cabinet.
Alexander, retail sales representative at the Verizon Wireless kiosk in Circuit City in Southlake, was given the President's Cabinet designation for ranking in the top two percent nationally in sales during 2005, placing him as one of the company's top performers among its more than 15,000 sales executives.
Alexander earned the honor by demonstrating exceptional sales leadership in providing customers with outstanding service on company products and plans, including the company's BroadbandAccess high-speed wireless data network, V CAST Music, PIX and TXT Messaging and the latest wireless phones and PDA's.
"At Verizon Wireless, we encourage our employees to focus on matching our products and services to customer needs," said Luis M. Cruz, region president for Verizon Wireless. "Jacob exemplifies what it means to put customers first. He is highly valued by us and his customers."
