AUSTIN, TX — Verizon Wireless, owner and operator of the nation's most reliable network, has named Susan Clock as the new business sales manager for Austin. She will lead a team of account executives in the Austin area to provide the highest level of service to the company's large business accounts and exceed sales and retention objectives.

"Susan is an experienced sales professional who brings a strong background in the market and the wireless industry," said Jim O'Brey, director of Business Sales for Verizon Wireless. "As we continue to grow our high-revenue business accounts in Austin, Susan's knowledge of this area will be key to our success."

Clock's experience includes more than five years with AT&T Wireless, and most recently, serving as an account executive with Time Warner Cable in San Antonio. Clock earned a bachelor's degree in English and Speech Communications and a master's degree in Counseling and Guidance, both from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
