Starting today though July 31, 2006, customers can sign up for the International Long Distance Value Plan for $3.99 a month and save 50 percent on per-minute rates to 31 countries in Europe, South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Customers with America's Choice® or North America's Choice calling plans can add the International Long Distance Value Plan for $3.99 per month to receive the lowest international calling rates from Verizon Wireless. Rates start at only $.04 per minute plus airtime for calls made from their calling plan's rate and coverage area (see complete list of available rates below).
