DALLAS, TX — Verizon Wireless, owner and operator of the nation's most reliable network, announced today that Anna Bailey has been named regional associate director - National Accounts. She will lead a team of national account executives focused on promoting and selling the benefits of Verizon Wireless to strategic Fortune 1000 accounts across the region, which includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, the Rio Grande Valley, Shreveport, Louisiana, and Little Rock, Arkansas.

"Anna's continued solid performance, excellent relationships within the business community and leadership ability will help us drive growth within this very important sector," said Jim O'Brey, director of Business Sales for Verizon Wireless.

Bailey has more than eight years of sales and business development experience in the Dallas area. She began her career with Verizon Wireless two years ago as a national account manager. Bailey holds a bachelors degree in marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso.
