Albuquerque, NM — According to a U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics report issued last month, job growth in New Mexico is flat. Not at Verizon Wireless. The company with the highest customer loyalty continues to hire for available positions in its less than two-year old Albuquerque Customer Service Center.
The hiring is a direct result of Verizon Wireless’ continued industry leadership in retail customer growth, revenue growth, low churn (customer turnover) and profitability.
Continued job growth
Verizon Wireless is one of New Mexico’s largest employers with more than 1,400 people serving customers in a variety of positions including customer service, sales and network. The company has 13 owned- and operated- retail locations throughout the state.
