BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Celebrate this Independence Day with ringtones and ringback tones from Verizon Wireless. Whether it’s the classic “Stars and Stripes Forever” or the more contemporary “God Bless The U.S.A.,” Verizon Wireless lets customers share their red, white and blue spirit with friends and family who call their mobile phones.

Verizon Wireless customers can choose from hundreds of patriotic tunes to customize their phones for the Fourth of July, including:

  • “American Pie,” by Don McLean
  • “R.O.C.K. In The U.S.A.,” by John Mellencamp
  • “Born In The U.S.A.,” by Bruce Springsteen
  • “American Girl,” by Taylor Swift
  • “Summertime,” by Herbie Hancock
  • “You’re a Grand Old Flag,” by U.S. Military Academy Band
  •  “American Soldier,” by Toby Keith
  • “Only In America,” by Brooks & Dunn
  • “Good Vibrations,” by The Beach Boys
  • “God Bless The U.S.A.,” by Neal E. Boyd
  • “Star Spangled Banner,” by Jimi Hendrix
  • “1812 Overture,” by U.S. Air Force Band
  • “The Star Spangled Banner,” by Beyonce

Customers can purchase ringtones and ringback tones from their phones by visiting VZW Tones Deluxe, located in the Media Center/Get It Now® menu under the Music & Tones category. Ringtones are available for $2.99 per ringtone, while individual ringback tones are available for an annual fee of $1.99. Regardless of the number of ringback tones purchased, a 99-cent monthly subscription applies to customers using ringback tones.
