Donations of no-longer-used cell phones and accessories to any North Texas Verizon Wireless store will benefit local domestic violence survivors and the non-profit organizations that support them.

State Sen. Jane Nelson and Herbert Gears, Irving Mayor, will follow the community call to action by proclaiming October as HopeLine Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
