Susan Garmo Of Michigan Named To Verizon Wireless' National President's Cabinet

SOUTHFIELD, MI — Verizon Wireless has named Susan Garmo, of Beverly Hills, Mich., to the company’s prestigious President’s Cabinet.

Garmo, based in Southfield, was a national account manager within the Michigan/Indiana/Kentucky Region’s Business Sales team when she won the award. (She is now a global enterprise manager for the company’s Enterprise and Government Sales team.) Garmo demonstrated exceptional sales leadership in 2009 by providing customers with outstanding service related to company products and service plans. She earned the award by meeting several criteria, including being ranked in the top 1 percent in 2009 sales, placing her as one of the company’s top performers among its more than 25,000 sales people.
