The eight-city tour provides a platform for those who are affected by domestic violence to share their stories of perseverance, uniting communities in hope, helping to educate the community about domestic violence and inspiring them to play an active role in solving this devastating social issue. Wireless phones and technology can serve as a vital link to emergency or support services in a time of crisis or as a reliable, safe connection to employers, family and friends as survivors rebuild their lives. Exclusive to Verizon, HopeLine puts Verizon’s technology and the nation’s most reliable and largest wireless network to work in communities by turning no-longer-used wireless phones into support for victims of domestic violence.
