Verizon Wireless has entered into an agreement with Cincinnati Bell to purchase the company’s wireless spectrum licenses and assume certain tower lease obligations.  Concurrently, Verizon Wireless has entered into a separate agreement to assign the Cincinnati Bell licenses to Grain Management, a Sarasota, Florida-based, minority-owned private equity firm that invests in the telecommunications sector.
