What happens in Vegas doesn’t necessarily STAY in Vegas.

Visitors to the heart of Las Vegas are enjoying faster wireless speeds thanks to Verizon network improvements during the first half of 2015. That means there are many more opportunities to text, Tweet, Snap and share all those Vegas adventures, breaking the Vegas “code.”

With almost 500 flights arriving daily, Las Vegas hosts more than five million convention goers each year and millions more visitors. That calls for special measures to keep customers connected, including a new Verizon small cell network to meet the growing demand for data service. The company has also expanded the antenna system inside the Las Vegas Convention Center to handle more calls and data.

Verizon has added permanent cell sites serving travelers along Boulder Highway connecting Downtown Las Vegas and Boulder City and visitors to McCarran Airport’s rental car center and the adjacent premium outlet mall.

Every year Las Vegas hosts large events outside of its regular attractions, and Verizon is prepared to support them. During the first half of 2015, the company deployed mobile cell sites for major events including CES, Rock in Rio USA, and the Electric Daisy Carnival.

Verizon gives Vegas goers the freedom to share their adventures. So whether it’s for a bachelorette party or a business trip, Verizon has got you covered.
