This is probably a great phone. Well, that is if you ever get it. Ordered three of these and a week later this isn't any indication when they will ship. Dozens of calls later and hours spent on Verizon phone support, and nobody can say when the phones will ship. Maybe next week, maybe later. Now I'll have to pay for my old service plus my 'new' service, sans phones.
