Download and Install VZAccess® Manager - Macintosh

Installing VZAccess Manager requires Administrator privileges on a Mac OSX notebook computer. VZAccess Manager may not function correctly if installed on an account without Administrator privileges. Once installed via an Administrator user, it can be used by a user without Administrator privileges.

  1. Close all open applications.
  2. Launch an Internet browser and navigate to //
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the appropriate software for your hardware / operating system.
  4. Locate then double-click the downloaded file.

  5. Launch the VZAccess Manager installer package.

  6. Click Continue.

  10. To continue the installation, click Agree.

  11. Ensure the desired destination drive (typically Macintosh Hard Drive) is selected then click Continue.

  12. Click Install.

  13. If prompted, enter the Name / Password used to log into the computer then click OK.
    Note If presented with Type an administrator's name and password to make changes to Installer, enter the administrator's Name / Password. If you do not have administrator credentials, contact your system administrator.

  14. Click Continue Installation.

  15. Click Yes to create an alias on the Desktop.

  16. Click Restart to restart the computer.
