Through Reinstalling Backup Assistant

  1. While in Backup Assistant, press the right soft key to choose OK.
    Start application
  2. Press the # key on the keypad.
    Press the # key
  3. Press the right soft key to choose OK.
    Warning Pressing the # key at this point deletes all content on the website and set up the account as a new user.
    Send PIN to handset
  4. After receiving the PIN (PIN is sent as a text message), make note of it then press the right soft key to choose OK.
  5. Enter the PIN code then press the right soft key to choose Restore.
    Note If the PIN is incorrectly entered 3 times, the account is locked for 15 minutes.
    Enter the PIN
  6. Press the right soft key to choose OK.
    Confirming the restore is complete

Through Changing PIN

  1. While in Backup Assistant, press the right soft key to choose OK.
    Start application
  2. Press the left soft key to choose Options.
    Backup Assistant
  3. Select Change PIN then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad.
    Select Change PIN
  4. Enter the incorrect old PIN then press the right soft key to choose Next.
    Note If the PIN is incorrectly entered 3 times in a row, the account is locked for 15 minutes.
    Enter the old PIN
  5. Enter any 4 digit number then press the right soft key to choose Next.
    Enter the new PIN
  6. Press the right soft key to choose OK.
    Choose OK
  7. Press the right soft key to choose OK.
    Select Ok
  8. Press #.
    Press #
