Add/Delete/Edit Contacts in Managed Access (My Verizon) - Verizon Wireless Network Extender

To manage contacts that have access to your Verizon Wireless Network Extender, view this information. Our Troubleshooting Assistant can help you with device issues if you aren't currently using the tool.

Note Mobile numbers added to the Managed Access list have priority over unlisted numbers.

Add a Contact

Add a Contact

  1. Navigate: My Verizon > My Plans & Services > View All.
  2. From the My Services section (in the lower-right), click the plus (+) symbol located to the right of Network Extender.
    Click the plus symbol located on the right of Network Extender
  3. Click Manage.
    Click Manage
  4. Ensure that Managed Access (Prioritized) is selected.
    Note To re-configure Access Settings, refer to Configure Access Settings for assistance.
  5. Click Add Contacts (to the right of Managed Access).
    Click Add Contacts
  6. Enter the appropriate information into the following fields:
    Name
    The name to identify the entry.
    Phone Number
    The 10-digit mobile number to be added to the Managed Access (priority) list.
  7. Click +Add (to the right of the Phone Number field).
    Click Add
  8. Repeat steps 1 through 3 as necessary to add additional numbers.
    Note Up to 50 mobile numbers can be entered.

Delete a Contact

  1. Navigate: My Verizon > My Plans & Services > View All.
  2. From the My Services section (in the lower-right), click the plus (+) symbol located to the right of Network Extender.

  3. Click Manage.
    Click Manage
  4. Ensure that Managed Access (Prioritized) is selected.
    Note To re-configure Access Settings, refer to Configure Access Settings for assistance.
  5. Click Delete (next to corresponding name / cell number).
    Click Edit located next to the corresponding name or cell number

Edit a Contact

  1. Navigate: My Verizon > My Plans & Services > View All.
  2. From the My Services section (in the lower-right), click the plus (+) symbol located to the right of Network Extender.

  3. Click Manage.
    Click Manage
  4. Ensure that Managed Access (Prioritized) is selected.
    Note To re-configure Access Settings, refer to Configure Access Settings for assistance.
  5. Click Edit (next to corresponding name / cell number).
    Click Edit located next to the corresponding name or cell number
  6. Edit following fields as desired then click Save.
    • Name
    • Phone Number

    Click Save located next to the corresponding name or cell number
