Change Device Password - BlackBerry® Storm2™ 9550 smartphone

Note If the device is setup on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), the Change Password option may be unavailable. Contact the BES Administrator for assistance.

Note In order to change the device password, the password option must be enabled. Refer to Enabling / disabling the device password for assistance.

  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select Password.
  4. Select Change Password.
  5. Enter the current password then select Return (located in the lower-right corner).
  6. Enter the new password then select Return.
  7. Re-enter the new password then select Return.
