Memory Card Inserting/Removing - DROID Pro by MOTOROLA

Note The DROID Pro by MOTOROLA supports microSD (TransFlash) memory cards. A memory card is included and pre-installed with the device. Additional microSD cards can be purchased from any Verizon Wireless retail store or at the online store.

Insert the memory card

  1. Press and hold the Power button.
    Power button
  2. Select Power off.
    Power off
  3. Remove the battery cover.
    Note Starting from the bottom of the device, carefully detach the cover.

  4. With the gold contacts facing down, insert the memory card as shown.
    Note Press in on the card until it locks into place.
    Insert SD card
  5. Replace the battery cover.
    Note Starting from the top of the device, press in on the cover to lock it into place.

Remove the memory card

  1. From the home screen, select the App menu.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select Storage.

  4. Select Unmount SD card.

  5. Press and hold the Power button.

  6. Select Power off.
    Power off
  7. Remove the battery cover.
    Note Starting from the bottom of the device, carefully detach the cover.

  8. Remove the memory card as shown.
    Remove SD card
  9. Replace the battery cover.
    Note Starting from the top of the device, press in on the cover to lock it into place.
